About the Role:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team!
Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Executive will serve as the vital day-to-day liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communications
Develop and execute creative briefs based on client needs and objectives
Coordinate with internal departments to maintain project schedules and deliverables
Prepare client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and campaign analyses
Draft and distribute meeting notes within 24 hours of client interactions
Track and manage projects, proactively flagging any changes to stakeholders.
Maintain organized and accessible project files and competitive intelligence
Support the management and execution of influencer partnerships and PR campaigns
Project Execution
Assist in developing comprehensive project budgets and timing plans
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Quality check all deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency
Prepare weekly work-in-progress reports
Process project-related financial documents accurately and promptly
Support event planning and logistics management
Strategic Support
Contribute to new business pitch preparations
Contribute to client strategies and new ideas
Gather and analyze market research, trends, and competitive intelligence
Support the development of campaign strategies and business plans
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, particularly in food marketing and influencer/PR
Team Collaboration
Work closely with account and creative teams to ensure project success
Participate in and document brainstorming sessions
Demonstrate problem-solving skills by providing solutions-oriented recommendations
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
1-3 years of experience, agency experience is an asset
Demonstrated experience in PR and influencer management (contracts, negotiations, report writing, pitching, press release writing)
Proven knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and content creation strategies.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Agency management and communication apps (ie. FunctionPoint, Slack)
Strong writing and presentation skills
Experience in food & beverage industry is an asset
Bilingual in French is also an asset
